2011年博士畢業後(hòu)任教蘇州大學(xué)講師職位;2014年評爲副教授,2017年赴美國(guó)留學(xué)一年,2020年9月加入北京信息科技大學(xué),聘爲教授。

本科生課程《薄膜物理與技術》和《納米材料專業實驗》
研究生課程《有機光電材料與器件》和《電工電子學(xué)》等。

從事(shì)有機光電器件相關的研究工作,包括有機電緻發(fā)光器件(OLED)、有機光伏電池(OPV)、量子點發(fā)光器件(QLED)等器件性能(néng)和界面(miàn)物理的優化分析,在Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Advanced Optical Materials、 Scientific Reports等國(guó)際知名學(xué)術期刊上發(fā)表學(xué)術論文30餘篇(IF>3),主持國(guó)家級項目4項,其中國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面(miàn)上項目1項,國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金1項。
